• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Important: Getting too close or swimming in any of the hot springs is not allowed

• Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced

• The admission ticket is limited to the 7 hells: Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell), Shiraike Jigoku (White Pond Hell), Oniyama Jigoku (Devil Mountain Hell), Oniishibozu Jigoku, Kamado Jigoku, Chinoike Jigoku (Blood Pond Hell), and Tatsumaki Jigoku (Tornado Hell)

• Please ensure you print the voucher before your visit for physical redemption at the facility. (You must print the voucher to exchange it for a ticket. )
• Cancellation due to customer reasons—refund not available for change of plans or personal reasons
