Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Please ensure you print the voucher before your visit for physical redemption at the facility. (You must print the voucher to exchange it for a ticket. )

Cancellation due to customer reasons—refund not available for change of plans or personal reasons

For cancellations due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations, weather, illness, or death), a refund may be available with proof, pending Klook customer service verification with the operator. Please contact Klook customer service for assistance

The validity period is two days, the date of exchange and the following day.
