Eligibility

  • Children with a height of 140cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
  • For the safety of children, this is only available to those 140 cm (inclusive) or taller.
  • Elderly guests must be accompanied by another person when using the public bath.

Additional information

  • Restrictions: The public bath is a nude bathing area; guests under 140 cm in height are not permitted. It is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, or other medical conditions to participate in this activity.
  • Redemption method: Reservations are not accepted. Please present your voucher number to the staff and wait on-site for admission in order of arrival. (Due to the high volume of visitors during peak season, the waiting time may be long. It is recommended to call Beitou Hot Spring Resort at 02-2898-8661 to check the crowd situation before your visit.)
  • The maintenance dates for the Otayu in 2026 are 1/5, 2/2, 2/3, 3/2, 4/7, 5/4, 6/1, 7/6, 8/3, 9/7, 10/5, 11/2, and 12/7. Please refer to the website for details.
  • For special holidays, you must pay the difference between the ticket price and the on-site price (including service fee) to use the ticket. Special holidays are defined as: Lunar New Year's Eve and Lunar New Year period, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1, and specific event dates announced by the hotel (the definition of each holiday is based on the dates announced by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration).
