  • As the comprehensive preferential price has already been applied to this product for tourists, no refunds will be issued if tourists voluntarily choose not to visit the attractions included in the itinerary (no refunds will be issued for any preferential certificates; students taller than 1.4 meters will be treated as adults and no refunds will be issued; our company does not accept tour guide certificates and accompanying personnel).
  • If complimentary inclusions are unavailable due to attraction closures mandated by government policies, they will be replaced with exterior views. No refunds will be provided, and complimentary inclusions are not applicable to children.
  • When joining the tour in Beijing, guests must bring valid identification documents (expired documents are not accepted).
  • Airport/station pick-up and drop-off locations: Capital International Airport, Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing Fengtai Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing Railway Station, Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station
  • Our company offers complimentary pick-up services for guests at designated locations, including train stations and airports. As group tours involve picking up and dropping off individual travelers at various hotels, travel times to and from the airport or train station may be affected by traffic congestion. Therefore, guests arriving at the same airport or train station around the same time may be required to wait for other guests arriving later (waiting time will not exceed 40 minutes). We appreciate your understanding.
  • Airport/Station transfer services are only available on your itinerary's arrival and departure dates. If you require transfer services for additional dates, they will be charged separately according to standard service rates.
  • The tour guide will contact you around 8:00 PM on your first night in Beijing to inform you of the wake-up call, breakfast, and departure times for the following day. Please keep your mobile phone accessible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure
  • 50% of the tour fee will be charged for cancellations made 4-7 days (inclusive) before departure.
  • Cancellation within 3 days (inclusive) of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • For orders with travel dates during major holidays (National Day, New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival), cancellations will incur a 100% forfeiture of the tour fee.
