The Palace Museum implements a real-name reservation system; please bring your original valid ID document to enter the museum.
Due to the Forbidden City's strict visitor restriction policy, if tickets for the Forbidden City cannot be successfully booked, the ticket cost will be refunded on the spot or replaced with a premium tour of Beihai Park. After a ticket refund or attraction replacement, the travel agency will not provide any further compensation and will not accept complaints arising from failing to visit the Forbidden City.
If Palace Museum tickets are successfully booked as agreed after registration, an additional loss fee of 100 RMB per person will be charged if the guest cancels the tour.
All ticket bookings by the travel agency are group orders. Guests are not allowed to book tickets casually, otherwise it will affect our agency's entire group order! If the guests book tickets on their own, resulting in the inability to secure reservations for the entire group and causing losses to the travel agency, the agency reserves the right to hold them accountable.
