Partial refunds with PHP 675 (surcharge + web admin fee) charge per person will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days before the selected activity date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours before the selected activity date.
Partial refund rules: For voyage disruptions and unforseen events, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking and you have the option to reschedule or receive a 90% refund
