How to redeem

Present your mobile voucher

You can view your voucher by logging into the Klook app/website, tapping "Bookings" under "Account," and then tapping "View Voucher."

You will not be able to use the service if you cannot show your voucher to the local staff on the day via a smartphone or other device.

Please note that the URL for displaying the voucher must be presented on a smartphone or other device with internet access. Access may be unavailable in locations without WiFi.

When entering the facility, an electronic voucher must be handled by the facility staff. Please note that if you accidentally handle it yourself, the ticket will be invalidated and you will not be able to enter.

- By train: Approximately 20 minutes by taxi from JR Kisei Main Line "Taki" Station
- By train: Approximately 35 minutes by taxi from Kintetsu/JR "Matsusaka" Station
- By car: Take the Mei-Han Expressway from the Seki Interchange to the Ise Expressway, and get off at the Seiwa-Taki Interchange. Take Route 42 toward Matsusaka. Approximately 5 minutes.
