Pick-up information

• Drop off the luggage at hotel before 11:00; and receive the luggage at the appointed time between 15:00-21:00 at Suvarnabhumi Airport

• Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): car drop off zone

• Please check the confirmation letter by LuggAgent (sample)

• Drop Off: LuggAgent will wait for 30 minutes. If LuggAgent is unable to contact the customer, LuggAgent has the right to cancel the order and no refund will be made

• Pick Up: If the customer fails to pick up the luggage 30 minutes after the selected pick-up time, the customer will be charged USD5 per 15 minutes (via credit card in local currency)
