• The service hour will start based on your selected pick-up time

• The waiting time will be deducted from the service hours. If you are unreachable after the waiting time, you will be considered a no-show

• The operator will send the driver’s contact information and other related services via email 1 day before your travel date, by 21:00 (GMT+7) Thailand time. If you haven’t received your confirmation email by the time listed, please check the Spam Folder or Junk Mail
