  • In case of inclement weather conditions, only the dolphin watching activity will be canceled and the rest of the activities will continue. The boat fees will be refunded
  • Please note: This activity has a 90% dolphin sighting success rate, however, as dolphins are wild mammals, sightings cannot be guaranteed. An alternative activity will be arranged for you if the sighting is not successful

  • This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
  • The activity is unable to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs

If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour from the original pick up time, it will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given
