  • In case of inclement weather conditions, only the dolphin watching activity will be canceled and the rest of the activities will continue. The boat fees will be refunded
  • Please note: This activity has a 90% dolphin sighting success rate, however, as dolphins are wild mammals, sightings cannot be guaranteed. An alternative activity will be arranged for you if the sighting is not successful

Prohibitions & Limitations

  • This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
  • The activity is unable to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs

Accessibility

  • This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

  • Outside service areas:

    IDR 150,000 /car, one way in Uluwatu and Tanah Lot

    IDR 100,000 /car, one way in Canggu

    IDR 200,000 /car, one way in Amed

  • Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

  • The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

  • The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

  • Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

  • The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. The next 30 minutes will incur an additional surcharge of IDR50,000 to be paid in cash directly to the driver. If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour from the original pick up time, it will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given
