  • Each piece of luggage cannot exceed 30 kg.
  • Currently, we do not accept overweight, oversized, or special baggage (animals, food, and perishable items), prohibited items such as firearms, weapons, flammable and explosive materials, corrosive liquids, etc
  • After luggage arrives at the airport, if customers pick up their luggage after the first two hours of free storage, relevant storage fees^ will be incurred, and the fees will be paid on-site at the counter
  • Storage Fee: If you do not collect your luggage within the free storage period, we will charge an additional HK$14 per hour for each piece of luggage (calculated on an hourly basis, with any partial hour counted as one full hour) or HK$165 per day, whichever is lower
  • The luggage delivery service covers Hong Kong, Kowloon, the New Territories, and Tung Chung and the Disneyland Hotel on Lantau Island. However, it does not include other areas of Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, and restricted areas
  • If guests do not send their luggage by the agreed-upon time, our company will send it on the next available departure, and we cannot guarantee delivery to the airport at the originally scheduled time. Our company will deliver it as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival

  • Door-to-door luggage delivery service: SF Express will arrange door-to-door baggage pickup and deliver it to Hong Kong West Kowloon High Speed Rail Station. Guests must pick up their luggage at the counter
  • Each piece of luggage cannot exceed 30 kg
  • Overweight, oversized, special luggage (animals, food and perishable items), contraband such as firearms, weapons, flammable and explosive materials, corrosive liquids, etc. are not accepted
  • Detention fee: If the parcel cannot be picked up within the first 2 days* after the shipment arrives and is successfully put on the shelf, SF Express Hong Kong will charge a detention fee of HKD 10 for every subsequent day*. Fees will be accumulated every day
  • *Days are calculated from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
