- Japan's climate has become more extreme, with summer highs of 40°C (110°F) and winter lows of -5°C (20°F). Please prepare accordingly for the tour.
- The minimum number of participants is 4 per tour group. Due to the sumo stable’s availability, tour groups with less than 3 participants will be cancelled.
- Unexpected cancellations from sumo stables can happen a few days to a couple of days before the tour.
- Large luggage such as suitcases are not permitted on this tour.
- Out of respect for other guests and to ensure the best experience for everyone, the tour will start on time.
- You will not be able to join the tour, receive a refund, or reschedule if you are late and miss the group.
- We will start the tour on time. Being late for more than 5 minutes without contacting us will be regarded as a cancellation without any refund.
- For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the tour starting time.
- Free date and time changes are available up to 48 hours before the tour start time.
