Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

This park is limited to children under 12 years old. Pets are not allowed.

According to the Children's Welfare Act, each child entering the park must be accompanied by a parent (18 years or older).

If you have symptoms of fever and cold (forehead temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius), according to the Communicable Disease Control Act, this group area may refuse entry.

Before entering, please remove sharp objects and fragile items (hairpins, pins) from your person to avoid injury.

If a child is found to be unwell in the game room, please assist in immediately notifying the on-site service staff.

All play equipment within the park area is restricted to use within its respective zones. Please do not move or take it out. If any damage is found, please notify service personnel.

Please complete the departure procedures according to the departure time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a fee of NT$200 will be charged for every 30 minutes.

Austin Dreamland has insured public liability insurance and food poisoning insurance.

Austin Dream Park reserves the right to control the number of visitors and modify event content. For any unmentioned matters, the on-site announcement shall prevail.

All activities of this company are conducted independently and are not used in conjunction with each other.

Starting today, entry to the park will be by on-site queue registration. Before entering, please confirm whether it is a cleaning day or a private event. The number of visitors allowed will be subject to on-site announcements. If the park is full, on-site reservation for waiting will be available.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
