  • Some attractions, museums, and sights may occasionally be unavailable due to organizational reasons such as renovations, etc. There are offers that are only available during specific (daily) hours. To ensure that the attraction is open, we recommend checking in advance, for example, on the website of the respective partner

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Usage validity

  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

How to redeem

  • You will receive the pass via email from the operator (Turbopass) within 12 hours after your booking has been confirmed. Kindly check your spam or junk email folder. You will not be able to redeem your entrances and activities using the Klook voucher. You can find all information, QR codes, and the uploaded Acropolis entry ticket
  • Acropolis ticket needs to be booked in advance; the operator will book automatically on the first day of City Pass an available timeslot between 16:00 and 19:00
  • You may print out the voucher or present your mobile voucher to scan at the attractions
  • Check which attractions require you to pre-book, then book your slots following the instructions in the booking app included with your pass
