  • EU citizens under 25 and non-EU citizens under 18 are eligible for free admission upon presentation of a valid ID at the ticket booth. The monument operates with timed entry slots, and availability of free tickets for the preferred time slot cannot be guaranteed

Booking limitations

  • How to use the pass from customer's email
    1. Download the Smartvisit app (App Store / Google Play)
    1. Create an account and log in
    1. Add pass: tap 'Add Package' > enter booking reference under Pass Number/Booking Reference > select 'Athens' as Destination > tap 'Add Package' again
    1. Register the pass: choose 'Me' (self-use / multiple passes on one device) or 'Assign To' (allocate to another user's device)
    1. Access the pass in the app; tap the pass image to view included benefits
    1. Included attractions: Acropolis ticket is emailed with these instructions; the pass unlocks the selected additional site(s) in the app. Most sites need advance booking (up to 5 hours before visit). Pass valid 3 consecutive calendar days from first redemption
    1. Audio tours: available in the audio guide section — recommend downloading over WiFi
    1. Extras: additional experiences can be purchased directly in the app

  • Please bring along comfortable clothes, headphones, charged smartphones with Smartvisit app downloaded

  • Foods, drinks, luggage or large bags and strollers are not allowed

  • This offer includes only a regular adult ticket, usable by anyone at full price

  • Travel dates & entry time slots cannot be changed

  • The selected timeslot refers only to the Acropolis visit. The Acropolis ticket is delivered automatically; go directly to the Main or South entrance and show the PDF ticket

  • Separate tickets are required for each additional archaeological site, issued via the Smartvisit app, where the customer selects date/time after booking and downloading it

  • Additional sites can be visited up to 3 days after first entry to any included site
