Wheelchair rental is free of charge. The wheelchairs are self-propelled (operated by the user). A total of 1,000 yen (300 yen for the rental fee and 700 yen for the security deposit) is required at the time of stroller rental.

Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
