Inclement weather arrangements:

• Applicable to all WORKSHOPS: If the Hong Kong Observatory announces, at least 4 hours before the event, that Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal (“Inclement Weather Warning”) will be hoisted immediately or within 2 hours, the event will be cancelled, and participants will be arranged a full refund
• Applicable to ALL EVENTS: If the Hong Kong Observatory issues an Inclement Weather Warning Signal after the event has started, the organiser will arrange for participants to leave according to the weather conditions and under safe circumstances. Please note that, under such circumstances, no refund will be arranged for participants
