By train: Approximately 15 minutes' walk from Tainan Railway Station
By bus: Chihkan Tower Station: Bus routes 3, 5, 77, 88, 99, Tainan City Double-Decker Bus, Tainan City Double-Decker Bus (Shuttle). Alight and walk for approximately 5 minutes to arrive.
By bus: Ximen Minquan Road Intersection: 5, 14, 7, 18, Blue 23, Blue 24, Green 17. It is approximately a 5-minute walk after getting off the bus.
By car: Northbound: National Highway 1 → Tainan Rende Interchange → Dongmen Road → Section 1, Minquan Road → Windmill Music Box Museum
By car: Southbound: National Highway 1 → Tainan Dawan Interchange → Fuxing Road → Xiaodong Road → Beimen Road → Section 2, Minquan Road → Windmill Music Box Museum
By car: Parking is available at the Minquan Road Sec. 2 metered parking lot and the Fucheng parking lot.
High-Speed Rail: Transfer to TRA Shalun Line to Tainan Station → Approximately 15 minutes on foot (or transfer to a bus)
High Speed Rail (HSR): Transfer to HSR Express Bus H31 to Jianxing Junior High School (Confucius Temple) Station → Walk for about 15 minutes (or transfer to a local bus)
