• Regarding Ticket Pickup- You must come to the pickup location in person on the day of the festival to collect your tickets.Pickup LocationShinmachi Cube 6F, Multi-purpose Floor2-6-25 Shinmachi, Aomori City, Aomori 030-0801Pickup HoursAugust 2nd to 6th: 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM- Please make your own way from the pickup location to the spectator seating area.- It is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk. However, heavy crowds are expected on the day, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
• Seating locations are subject to change due to the organizers' circumstances.
• Street trees or electrical panels may be within your line of sight depending on your seating location.
• Seating space is limited, so please refrain from bringing large pieces of luggage. The organizers take no responsibility for any theft or loss of personal belongings.
• The event ends for the day once the Nebuta floats have completed one full lap of the course within the scheduled time. If the floats cannot complete a full lap within the time frame due to operational conditions, the event will end without completing the lap. We ask for your cooperation in exiting the venue promptly after the event concludes.
• The Aomori Nebuta Festival will be held rain or shine. There is no roof over the spectator seats. Since seats may be wet in the event of rain, please bring your own rain gear, such as a raincoat.
• Please do not use or set up items that may obstruct the view of other guests, such as umbrellas or tall tripods.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the seating area, including the use of electronic and heated tobacco products.
• Pets are not allowed. However, if you plan to accompany a guide dog or service dog, please consult with us in advance.
• It is extremely dangerous to watch the parade or take photos from the roadway (the parade course), so please do not do so under any circumstances.
• No refunds will be given unless the organizers decide to cancel the parade. Refunds will not be issued even if the floats do not complete a full lap and you are unable to see some of them.
• Regarding the fireworks display seating, no refunds will be given unless the display is cancelled. Please note that if the display is postponed and you are unable to attend on the backup date, no refunds will be issued.
