• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Partial refund rules: 1. You can get a full refund at any time before the group is formed. After the group is formed, a 5% fee will be charged for cancellations 15 to 29 days before the trip, a 30% fee will be charged for cancellations 7 to 14 days before the trip, and a 100% fee will be charged for cancellations 0 to 6 days before the trip. 2. Under the condition of not violating local road safety laws, if the tour runs overtime due to force majeure factors such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents, our company's driver-guide has the right to adjust, change, or cancel scenic spot arrangements according to the time. 3. If the customer is late and causes overtime, the late customer should pay the driver-guide on the spot according to the local overtime fee rules.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
