• Starting 01/01/2026, a surcharge of VND 100,000 per guest will apply on 01/01, 26/04, 30/04–03/05, and 01–02/09. Payment is required onsite.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
