Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-6 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Additional information

• Performances will proceed in light rain. * In the event of severe weather or circumstances determined by the organizer, performance cancellations will be announced on the official SNS at 4:30 PM on the day of the event. However, if sudden weather changes occur, cancellation announcements may be made at the venue 30 minutes before the performance.
• Performances will proceed in light rain. Umbrellas are not permitted during the Immersive Theater “Shiro Geki” performance, so please bring a raincoat or similar rain gear.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• The following items are prohibited: firearms / weapons of any kind / drones / illegal substances / cremated remains / personal perm
• Pets are prohibited
• Photography / Videography is/are strictly prohibited inside the attraction
