Additional information

• Suitcases and other large luggage are not permitted on shared tours due to limited vehicle space.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle, except water. If the vehicle is soiled by vomiting, food, drinks, or bodily waste, a special cleaning fee of KRW 150,000 will be charged. Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance.
• The driver will contact you between 12:00 and 18:00 on the day before departure. Please make sure to provide an accurate and reachable WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk contact number when booking.
• To avoid affecting other guests, the tour departs on time and cannot wait for latecomers. Late arrival will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or date change will be provided.
