• According to the Regulations of the Patronato de la Alhambra, it is mandatory to carry a passport or ID card in order to enter the Alhambra. In addition, reservations must contain the name, surname, and passport or identity card number of each visitor

• If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises

• To get your audio guide, you must present a credit card as a guarantee in case of loss or theft of the audio guide

• Depending on availability, your visit may be modified to a guided tour in your language

• At times, the Alhambra Trust may alter the order of the visit and restrict access to certain areas. In such cases, the tour operator will notify you of your new start time a day before the tour

• The time of entry to Nasrid Palaces will be printed on your ticket

• Due to the high demand for the Alhambra Palace, if the time slot you have chosen is not available, the operator will book you into a new time slot

• For reasons of sustainability and cleanliness the operator do not provide headphones. It is recommended that customers bring their own headphones, if you can not have yours the operator can provide them for the price of EUR 1

• Access pavilion: Big lockers for 88 x 43.5 x 42 cm and small lockers for 43.5 x 43.5 x 42 cm

• Puerta del Vino: Big lockers for 39.5 x 70 x 48.5 cm and small lockers for 39.5 x 44.5 x 48.5 cm

Meet-up information

• Make sure to arrive on time
• Arrive at the meet-up location 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts
• Visitors must access the Nasrid Palace at the selected timeslot. The rest of the spaces that make up the monumental complex (Alcazaba, Partal and Generalife) can be visited from the opening hours
• Latecomers will not be able to enter Nasrid Palace after the mentioned timeslot on the ticket. It is recommended to arrive at the Alhambra at least 30 minutes prior to your Nasrid Palace entry time to ensure you can enter on time
• It takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes by walk to get from the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces after entering the complex
