• Lifts reach all 3 levels, but some internal sections require stairs and are not wheelchair-accessible

• Open-air areas may close during rain, but guests may wait in indoor zones until conditions improve

• There is no time limit for your stay at the venue

• Large tripods and drones are not allowed without prior approval

• Wear comfortable footwear; trousers or longer hemlines are recommended for mirrored rooms
