Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-5
• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• This activity has no age limit
• Student ticket: Individuals must present a valid photo ID and student card upon arrival

Additional information

• Free admission on every Wednesday, from 16:00 to 20:00
• Selfie sticks and tripods are not allowed in the gallery
• Limited coat check is available
• Bulky coats, umbrellas, and bags larger than 30 × 40 in (76 × 102 cm), including briefcases and backpacks, are not permitted in the gallery
• Soft front-facing baby carriers are permitted
• Please note to keep your phone silent in the gallery
• Please refrain from touching any of the artifacts or works of art
• Sketching with a pencil is welcome on-site

Accessibility

• Drop-offs at the street-level entrance can be made prior to parking

• Wheelchairs are available upon request and on a first-come, first-served basis

• The main courtyard area is the only non-accessible area in the museum

• Oxygen tank safety: Staff may request visitors with oxygen tanks to sit in specific areas in the Diwan restaurant or event spaces to maintain a safe distance from open flames

• Use of assistive devices: Visitors with disabilities are permitted to use their own assertive devices to access all museum goods and services

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance
