Participants must be aged 10+ to participate in this activity
Pregnant women and people with anemia, diabetes, chronic lung disease, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease , asthma, etc. Please take full consideration on your own condition and choose the schedule carefully. Safety is the first priority.
