• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity

• Child aged 3-11 is compulsory to ride with an adult; For adult, you may choose single ride or double ride

• This activity requires a minimum of 2 adults per booking

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• Whether or not to cancel the trip shall be decided solely by the paragliding and ATV operators after weighing the situation of the day, and the decision will be final, any objections will not be entertained

• Mount Kinabalu belongs to a highland area, and rainfalls are more frequent than anywhere in Malaysia. Rain does not affect the ATV ride itinerary unless there are thunderstorms or landslides

• For uncontrollable circumstances, such as earthquakes, floods, riots, coups, road conditions, wind direction and speed, weather, and other factors that may endanger the safety of tourists, the operator reserves the right to amend the itinerary, date, route, meal, tour guide, time, and other matters without prior notice

• Outskirt hotel transfers are subject to an additional surcharge of MYR 30 per person, and a maximum of 5 persons or MYR 150

• Attention to double ride ATV: the maximum load of each ATV is only 130 kg

• Attention to paragliding: Child aged 3-11: more than 20kg shall be considered as adult solo flight, less than 20kg shall be considered as double flight (paraglide along with adult, father or mother)
