• Please arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time. Late arrival, non-arrival or failure to contact will not be used as an excuse to request modification/cancellation of the order or refund!
• In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or other force major, the operator has the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary
• If Paragliding cannot be carried out due to various factors on the day, please contact Klook for a refund of adult: MYR 50/person, child: MYR 40/person. Refunds will not be granted if participants decide not to partake in the activity due to private reasons
