If the travel fee is refunded more than 7 days before the trip, the travel fee will be fully refunded;
6 to 4 days before the start of the trip, a loss fee of 20% of the total travel fee will be charged;
From 3 days to 1 day before the trip, a loss fee of 40% of the total travel fee will be charged;
On the day the trip starts, if a single person withdraws from the group, only the unused accommodation fees and tickets will be refunded (excluding the Spring Festival period). Accommodation fees are calculated at 100 yuan per person per day. As the tickets are discounted tickets for travel agencies, the Yading tickets are calculated at 70 yuan/person, the Siguniang Mountain Shuangqiaogou tickets are calculated at 30 yuan/person, Litang (Letong Ancient Town, Thousand Households Tibetan Village) tickets and sightseeing bus are calculated at 35 yuan/person, and Mosh Park tickets are calculated at 30 yuan/person.
Due to force majeure, the entire tour group will disband on the spot (outside of the Spring Festival period). If the duration is less than one day, it will be calculated as one day. Day 1: Gathering in Chengdu from all over the country (a loss fee of 20% of the total tour cost will be charged). Day 2: Chengdu - Maobiliang Viewing Platform - Siguniang Mountain Shuangqiaogou - Danba (a loss fee of 40% of the total tour cost will be charged). Day 3: Danba - Yala Snow Mountain Viewing Platform - Moshike Park - Tagong Grassland Tibetan Style Photography - Yuzixi - Xinduqiao (a loss fee of 60% of the total tour cost will be charged). Day 4: Xinduqiao - Tianlu 18 Bends - Haizi Mountain - Daocheng White Pagoda - Shangri-La Town (a loss fee of 80% of the total tour cost will be charged). Day 5: Shangri-La Town - Daocheng Yading (Pearl Sea, Chonggu Temple, Luorong Pasture, Gongga Cuo) - Shangri-La Town (a loss fee of 90% of the total tour cost will be charged). Day 6: Shangri-La Town - Litang Letong Ancient Town - Changqing Chunkeer Monastery - Yajiang (already consumed, all fees are non-refundable). Day 7: Yajiang - S434 Kangding Airport Rainbow Road - Honghaizi - Chengdu (already consumed, all fees are non-refundable).
If the tour you are registering for includes the Spring Festival or spans the Spring Festival (group meets from February 10, 2026 to February 23, 2026), all fees are non-refundable after registration is confirmed.
