Not Included

3. Single Room Supplement: If there is a group tour, this product is priced for two people sharing a room. If you voluntarily request to stay in a single room, you will need to pay a single room supplement. If no one joins the room-sharing arrangement for a group tour, you will need to pay a room supplement or purchase a single room stay, which also requires a room supplement. For customers joining room-sharing, our company will inform you of the results of the room-sharing arrangement 10-15 days in advance. If a customer who was supposed to share a room temporarily cancels their order or decides to stay in a single room at the last minute, leading to a failed room-sharing arrangement, you will need to pay the room supplement again.
4. Meals: All meal expenses will be subject to an AA system (equal division of costs). Dining will follow the principle of the minority conforming to the majority, but you are also free to choose your own meals in the city.

Tour tips: 1. On the day of assembly, you can arrange for airport pickup or choose to take a taxi to the hotel and be reimbursed. Just send the taxi receipt to the corresponding staff member; on the day of disbandment, you can be dropped off at a self-booked hotel in the city, Gasa Airport, or near Gaozhuang. Airport drop-off is not included for disbandment on the following day;
1. The mushroom foraging project in Jingmai Mountain requires participation under the guidance of local people. Private picking and consumption are not allowed, and hands must be thoroughly cleaned after picking. Strictly follow the guide and avoid acting alone. Do not touch the plants, flowers, or small animals in the botanical garden without permission.
1. Naka Rainforest can be registered for participation online or offline. Both methods require advance reporting and approval 1-3 days before the tour departure; the only difference between the two methods is the volunteer service duration, and offline participants will also receive a certificate.
1. If there are any fee refunds during the trip, they will be processed and arranged within 1-7 working days after the group disperses.

Cancellation Policy

If the traveler notifies of cancellation 7 days or more before departure, 0% of the order amount will be charged.
If the traveler notifies of cancellation 6 to 4 days before departure, 20% of the order amount will be charged.
If the traveler cancels the trip from 3 days to 1 day before departure, 40% of the order amount will be charged.
★ If the traveler cancels within 1 day (including the same day) before departure, 60% of the order amount will be charged.
Note: If the business loss compensation paid according to the above ratio is insufficient to compensate the merchant's actual losses, the consumer shall compensate the merchant according to the actual losses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total order fee.
