1. [Accommodation arrangements]: First night: Hilton Garden Inn Xining Home Expo Park or Xining Meilun Hotel (if fully booked, hotels of the same level will be arranged). Second night: Camping by Qinghai Lake (a scenic campsite by Qinghai Lake). Third night: Sapphire Hotel on Huanhu West Road (if fully booked, hotels of the same level will be arranged). Fourth night: Qilian Dingrui Holiday Hotel (if fully booked, hotels of the same level will be arranged). 2. [About Meals]: The entire trip includes 4 hotel breakfasts; 1 complimentary camping breakfast and 1 camping dinner; other meals are not included. Guests can choose authentic restaurants along the way based on the RV team leader's recommendations or the dining guide.
3. [Vehicle Arrangement]: Throughout the trip, C-type RVs will be used, with priority given to Iveco or SAIC Maxus C-type RVs.

Cancellation Policy

★ If the buyer notifies cancellation more than 8 days before departure, 0% of the order fee will be charged.
★ If the buyer notifies cancellation 7 to 4 days before departure, a 30% fee of the order will be charged.
★ If the buyer notifies cancellation 3 to 2 days before departure, 60% of the order fee will be charged.
★If the buyer notifies cancellation 1 day before departure or on the day of departure, 100% of the order fee will be charged.
Note: If the business loss compensation paid according to the above proportion is insufficient to cover the merchant's actual losses, the consumer shall compensate the merchant based on the actual losses.
