All photos taken during the event may be used for future promotional purposes. Registration is considered an acknowledgment, and this statement automatically takes effect upon successful registration and payment, indicating your acceptance of this statement. If a tourist applies for cancellation 8 days (excluding the day of departure) or more before the departure date, the order can be canceled free of charge.
If a tourist applies for cancellation 7 to 4 days before the departure date, a 30% fee of the order will be charged.
If a tourist applies for cancellation 3 to 2 days before the departure date, 60% of the order fee will be charged.
If a tourist applies for cancellation 1 day before the departure date or on the departure date, 100% of the order fee will be charged.
Note: If the business loss compensation paid according to the above proportion is insufficient to cover the actual losses of the event organizer, the consumer shall compensate the event organizer for the actual losses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total order fee. Cancellation policies for major holidays are subject to separate discussion.
