Do not mention political issues related to ethnic minorities in any situation, and avoid topics related to "pigs" to prevent unnecessary misunderstandings.
• 17. When traveling, pay attention to your health. Do not eat raw food, raw seafood, peeled fruits, or patronize unlicensed roadside stalls, and avoid overeating. Drink plenty of boiled water, eat more fruits and vegetables, smoke less, and drink less alcohol. When first arriving at a high-altitude area, do not shower within the first 2 days. After 2 days, decide based on your physical condition to avoid catching a cold, which could trigger or worsen altitude sickness and affect your entire trip. In high-altitude or Tibetan areas, water and electricity supply may be insufficient, and water temperature might be unstable. Before showering, test the water temperature with your hand to prepare, to avoid scalding from excessively hot water or catching a cold from excessively cold water. • 18. The organizer of this event will arrange relevant insurance suitable for this event for each tourist. If personal injury occurs during the event, the injured party shall be compensated by the insurance company in accordance with legal provisions and this statement, and based on insurance regulations. In the absence of subjective fault, our agency shall not bear any compensation liability.
