  • Minors: Tourists under the age of 18 should be accompanied by family members (except those who cannot be received or are restricted due to service capacity limitations). Due to service capacity limitations, we cannot accept tourists under the age of 18 who register for the tour alone. Please understand.
  • Patients, pregnant women, and persons with reduced mobility: To ensure a smooth journey, passengers should undergo a medical examination before traveling. Due to limited service capabilities, we are unable to accommodate those with serious illnesses (such as infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, or mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those recovering from major or medium-sized surgery), pregnant women, or persons with reduced mobility.
  • Scenic Area Credentials: To enter the scenic area, you must present the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents that was used when booking. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to not bringing the required documents or providing incorrect document information, any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility. Please inform us in advance if you have any concessionary documents when registering. The refund amount will be the difference between the group ticket price purchased by the travel agency and the actual concessionary ticket price, which will be refunded by the tour guide. It is not the listed price! If you do not inform us in advance, we will purchase adult tickets uniformly, and no refunds will be available for any concessions. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Shopping Reminder: Shopping in scenic spots and shops along the way is a voluntary personal behavior. Please choose carefully and properly keep your invoices and certificates; such shopping is not related to the travel agency.
  • Other reminders: You must not leave the tour group without authorization during the trip, otherwise the tourists will bear all the losses and consequences caused thereby; if the trip is delayed or other expenses are incurred due to force majeure, please understand and take care of yourself; once this trip is participated, no matter what reason the guest leaves the group or withdraws from the group midway, the fee will not be refunded.
