• In the event of景区 closures or visitor restrictions due to policy reasons or force majeure, no refunds will be provided for free attractions included in the itinerary. For paid attractions included in the itinerary, the tour guide will provide a refund based on the travel agency's group rate. The tour guide may change attractions based on the actual situation.

• The above itinerary is for reference only. The actual itinerary is subject to the arrangements on the day of departure.

• Participants of this tour must notify our company in writing of their actual health condition, otherwise our company will not accept any disputes arising therefrom.
• Due to the differences between the North and South, please remember to add layers, drink plenty of water, and maintain good hygiene to ensure you have enough energy to enjoy your trip.
• The group restaurants are mostly located near the scenic area. If guests choose to cancel and not eat, there will be no group restaurants near the hotel upon return. We are unable to arrange alternative dining options and appreciate your understanding.
• During the tour, there may be queues at attractions and restaurants due to the large number of visitors. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to political reasons or heavy traffic in Beijing, traffic restrictions and controls are often implemented in scenic areas and on roads. The order of visits may be adjusted, without reducing the number of attractions, subject to the actual reception situation in Beijing. The itinerary is for reference only.
• If you choose to leave the tour midway for personal reasons, the unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be provided.
• Please fill out the feedback form carefully. Our company will use this form as the receipt. If you have any questions, please raise them on the spot. We will take them seriously. We will not be responsible for any complaints made after the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
• Any additional expenses incurred due to force majeure events such as traffic delays, strikes, weather conditions, aircraft mechanical failures, flight cancellations or schedule changes, as well as personal expenses such as laundry, hair salon services, telephone calls, faxes, pay-per-view TV, beverages, alcohol, and tobacco at the hotel, optional tours purchased locally, and any other items not included in the "Inclusions" section above, shall be borne by the guest.
• For all products, child rates cannot be applied to adults for cancellations of single rooms. Adult rates cannot be applied to children not occupying a bed. All other standards remain unchanged.
• Itinerary Change Notice: The Mausoleum of Mao Zedong and the Forbidden City are closed every Monday. Additionally, closures or visitor restrictions may occur at attractions due to major conferences or security upgrades in Beijing. Therefore, the tour guide may adjust the order of the itinerary based on the actual situation. The number of attractions and the total tour time will not be reduced. If you have concerns, please consider this carefully before booking.
• In the event of景区 closures or visitor restrictions due to policy reasons or force majeure, no refunds will be provided for free attractions included in the itinerary. For paid attractions included in the itinerary, the tour guide will provide a refund based on the travel agency's group rate. The tour guide may change attractions based on the actual situation.
• There are shops near the restaurant that are not affiliated with the tour operator. Guests are welcome to make purchases at their discretion.
• Exterior views are closed for policy reasons. If the Forbidden City tickets cannot be reserved, the tour will be replaced with Prince Kung's Mansion, or the ticket price will be refunded. The travel agency will not be liable for any compensation.
