  • Device pick up can only be done during opening hours

Drop-off/return Information

  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device

  • Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient

  • Lost, damaged or damaged device: HKD1,000

  • Lost, damaged or damaged collection bag: HKD30

  • Lost, damaged or damaged USB cable: HKD50

  • Equipment damage and loss billing: The cost for 4 USB 5A chargers is HKD150
