Additional information

• All guests are required to bring their valid ID cards or other valid identification documents for hotel check-in registration. Guests are responsible for any losses incurred due to the failure to check in caused by not carrying valid identification documents for personal reasons.
• In the event of force majeure or circumstances endangering the personal or property safety of tourists, we may adjust or change the itinerary and scenic spot arrangements. Any additional costs incurred (such as accommodation, meals, transportation, and adjustments to national airfares) will be charged accordingly. If scenic spots cannot be visited due to force majeure, we will only be responsible for refunding the difference between the travel agency's agreement price and the scenic spot's price. No refunds will be given for complimentary scenic spots and items included in the itinerary.
• No refunds will be issued for voluntarily forfeited tours, meals, or accommodations due to personal reasons.
• Guests are responsible for taking good care of their personal belongings (especially cash, securities, and valuables).
• During free time, please minimize going out at night due to property and personal safety concerns. If you must go out, please carry the hotel business card with you. The travel agency is not responsible for any issues that occur during free time, and guests are solely responsible for their safety during free time.
• Travelers aged 70 and above (including 70 years old) are requested to assess their physical condition before joining the tour. Participation requires accompaniment by a direct adult relative. A "Health Certificate" or medical advice for travel must be provided, and a "Health Commitment and Release of Liability" form must be signed before registration. Any consequences arising from concealing pre-existing conditions will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• We do not recommend group bookings for tourists aged 80 or above (including 80 years old). Thank you for your understanding.
• For travelers under the age of 16, participation requires accompaniment by an adult relative. Registration will not be permitted without adult accompaniment.
• Our company reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. We are not responsible for any delays or changes to the itinerary caused by force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, and any costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
• For your safety, please keep your valuables with you at all times! Do not leave valuables in hotel rooms or on tour buses. Please safeguard your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to personal negligence.
• Please bring valid identification with you when you depart. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to not having valid identification, such as being unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions.
• Travelers must ensure they are in good health before participating in travel itineraries arranged by the travel agency. Deception or concealment is not permitted. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to a traveler's health condition.
• The travel agency does not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting independently.
• If a traveler voluntarily leaves the group or changes their itinerary mid-tour for personal reasons, it will be regarded as a waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the traveler will be responsible for any other costs and safety issues that arise as a result.
