• Sailing experiences will be canceled and fully refunded in the event of a typhoon.
• Gulangyu ferry tickets are booked online, requiring groups to enter and exit together. Tickets are non-refundable upon cancellation. Ferry departure and arrival times are subject to actual ticket availability. Gulangyu Island has visitor number restrictions, and ferry tickets must be booked in advance. Once booked, price differences cannot be supplemented, nor can additional tickets be purchased. According to the ferry system regulations, minors aged 6-14 or between 1.2-1.5 meters in height require a half-price ticket of ¥18 per person. Passengers are responsible for any consequences, such as boarding denial, resulting from incorrect information provided. If a replacement is required, a new contract shall be signed. No refunds will be given for cancellations after departure. If the traveler's itinerary changes for reasons not attributable to our company, our company will not compensate for the reduced portion, and the traveler will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

• In the event of standard errors due to special circumstances, refunds and compensations will be handled according to the actual situation and in compliance with the "Tourism Law." • Airport/train station transfers and city itineraries are handled by different tour guides. The tour guide will contact you between 19:00-21:00 the day before the tour. Please check your text messages and keep your phone accessible.
• During peak season, room availability may be limited. If you are traveling with a companion, you may be assigned to a double room with one king-size bed (1.8 meters wide or 1.5 meters wide). • This tour is a national group tour. The round-trip airport/train station transfers to the hotel operate on a fixed schedule and may require a waiting period of 0.5 hours.
• Airport/train station transfers and city itineraries are handled by different tour guides. The tour guide will contact you between 19:00-21:00 the day before the tour. Please check your text messages and keep your phone accessible.
• During peak season, room availability may be limited. If you are traveling with a companion, you may be assigned to a double room with one king-size bed (1.8 meters wide or 1.5 meters wide). Specific room types are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability. Standard rooms with twin beds are not guaranteed.
• If our agency arranges accommodation in a hotel within the reference range, and there is no hardware damage to the hotel, we will generally not change the hotel if the guest subjectively believes the hotel is not good upon arrival. If the guest insists on changing, the guest is responsible for the cost of transportation and hotel cleaning fees! If it is peak season and no hotel is available for change, our agency will refund the guest according to the single room supplement standard, and the guest can book a room by themselves.
• If you wear glasses while beachcombing, consider using an eyeglass string or making your own to prevent your glasses from falling off while playing.
• If possible, please prepare a change of clothes. Complimentary baggage storage is available.
• When traveling with elderly individuals or children, they should be accompanied by adult family members who can properly supervise them.
• We suggest bringing common travel items, such as motion sickness patches, Zhengqi water, sunscreen, essential balm, mosquito repellent, etc.
• Please bring a valid ID when going on a sailing trip, otherwise you will not be able to board.
• For your return trip, please ensure you have all of your belongings. You are responsible for any lost or forgotten items. We can assist in locating lost items, but any shipping costs to return them to you will be your responsibility.
• Our company's policy for airport transfers is to arrive at the airport two hours prior to departure and one hour prior to departure for train stations. Passengers are responsible for any missed flights/trains resulting from their failure to comply.
• This tour line includes station/airport transfer after the tour concludes. If your train/flight departure is later, please proceed to the airport/station first, store your luggage, and be mindful of your return travel time. You may choose to explore the surrounding area, but you will need to return to the station/airport and handle check-in/boarding procedures on your own.
• As the timing of beachcombing depends on the tide, the order of the day's itinerary may be adjusted to ensure that the number of attractions and playtime are not reduced.
