• This itinerary is a group tour for individual travelers nationwide. The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing attractions. If certain attractions cannot be normally visited due to policy factors during the tour, the guide will refund the tickets to the guests based on the travel agency's discounted price on the spot. For complimentary attractions, if they are closed due to national policy and cannot be visited normally, our agency will not provide any compensation. The final interpretation right belongs to our company. If guests leave the tour group due to their own personal reasons, all fees will be non-refundable.
• Document discounts generated by this itinerary are strictly non-refundable!
• Please ensure that guests bring valid identification documents when coming to Beijing to join the tour (expired documents are invalid).
• Our company resolves complaints based on the "Feedback Form" filled out by tourists locally. Please fill it out carefully! We will not accept any subsequent disputes arising from guests falsely filling out or failing to fill out the feedback form. Thank you for your understanding!
• Tourists aged 70 or above who are in poor health, have physical disabilities resulting in limited mobility, or have mental health issues must have the tour-operating agency sign a "Health Certificate" with them and be accompanied by family members or friends in order to travel. • Additional expenses caused by force majeure natural factors such as natural disasters, bad weather, train/flight transport suspensions, and strikes are unrelated to the travel agency and shall be borne by the tourists themselves. Our agency will fully cooperate and assist with subsequent matters.
