Shuttle pick-up service is available at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, Shanghai Railway Station, and Shanghai Pudong Airport. Guests arriving earlier will be transferred to the [Shanghai Bund Tourist Service Center]. There is no fixed itinerary for the day; you are free to explore at your leisure. Guests arriving later will be transferred directly to the hotel for the night.

You can also taste traditional snacks such as Dingsheng Cake, Scallion Wrapped Fried Dough, Steamed Salted Pork with River Shrimp, and Crispy Fried Cake.

Additional information

• Make your own way to Shanghai. We offer shuttle service from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, Shanghai Railway Station, and Shanghai Pudong Airport. Guests arriving early will be taken to Gate 8, the designated CTS (China Travel Service) gate, at the Shanghai Bund Tourist Service Center. There are no fixed activities for the day; enjoy your free time. Recommended itineraries: The Bund (approx. 2-minute walk); City God Temple (approx. 5-minute walk); Nanjing Road (approx. 15-minute walk). Guests arriving late will be taken directly to the hotel for the night; no activities are scheduled for the day. Please note that the pick-up service is only available on the day of the tour. We are unable to provide pick-up service for early or late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding.
• The distribution center offers free luggage storage service from 10:00 to 19:00. Thank you for your understanding.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the vehicle from arriving on time, we will arrange for you to take a taxi. Please keep the receipt, and the tour guide will reimburse you.
• The last shuttle bus from the distribution center arrives at the Bund quite late. If you take the 16:00 shuttle bus from Hongqiao and Shanghai Railway Station, or the 15:00 shuttle bus from Pudong, the time you have to spend at the Bund will be very limited. We recommend that you sign up for the optional Shanghai night view program. You can also choose to explore Shanghai on your own and return to the hotel yourself in the evening. Please pay attention to the luggage storage time at the distribution center. For tourists who do not participate in the optional Shanghai night view program that evening, you can take the shuttle bus from the distribution center to the hotel you are staying in that day. The shuttle bus time is 17:00-18:00, subject to the distribution center's notification on the day! Please return to the distribution center on time according to the shuttle bus schedule. If you are later than the meeting time, we will not wait for you, and you will need to go to the hotel yourself, which will cost about 200 RMB by taxi [Please note that luggage can be stored until 19:00].
• Our complimentary airport shuttle service is available until 23:00. If your arrival time in Shanghai is later than this, please select our paid airport pickup service, which is available for adults and children at a flat rate of 80 RMB per person. If you do not select this option, we will assume you will make your own way to the hotel. The tour guide will inform you of the specific hotel details the day before the tour departure; please make your own arrangements to get there.
• If you have included or signed up for the [Shanghai Night View Project], please gather at [Gate 1, Wufang Tourism Service Area, Distribution Center] at 17:00. A dedicated "Night View Guide" will lead you on a tour of the Shanghai night scene. If you arrive late, your tour will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued!
• The Huangpu River cruise is often temporarily suspended due to weather conditions. As group itineraries cannot be delayed, in the event of a suspension, we will process refunds of 100 RMB per adult. There are no refunds for children. We appreciate your understanding. As the optional activities include driver and guide service fees, if you wish to purchase tickets on your own, you will need to pay an additional 100 RMB per person to cover these costs. You are also welcome to go on your own. Thank you for your understanding.
• During Golden Week, public holidays, and weekends, buses are prohibited from entering the West Lake Scenic Area. Guests will need to transfer to the scenic area's public transportation at their own expense. Specific arrangements for the day are subject to on-site conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
• We recommend that your return transportation from Hangzhou train station be scheduled after 15:00 and from Hangzhou Airport after 17:00. For return transportation from Shanghai, we recommend after 19:00 from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and after 20:00 from Shanghai Pudong Airport. If your transportation time is earlier than the recommended time, please go to the airport or train station on your own. No refunds will be given for missed attractions! If your flight time is later, you can choose to have free time and go to the airport or train station on your own.
• During the actual trip for this product, the tour guide may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary (such as adjusting the order of sightseeing) based on weather, traffic, and other conditions, without reducing the number of attractions, to ensure the smooth progress of the trip. If the original itinerary plan cannot be executed due to force majeure or other factors, we will refund any overpayment or require additional payment for any shortfall due to the resulting cost changes.
