Additional information

• Note: PHP 300/hour will be charged in excess of 10 hours if tour exceeds service hours due to clients’ request, payable directly to the driver. No charge will be applied if delay is caused by inclement weather or road conditions. Some considerations maybe given by the driver depending on the situation
• In most cases, Groups of 1 - 4 Persons will be served using SUV type of vehicle. If the client requests for bigger vehicle type i.e., AUV/Van, there will be a surcharge of PHP 500. Groups of 5 - 10 Persons will be served using AUV/Van type of vehicle. If for any reason that the available vehicle for Group of 5 - 7 Persons is SUV and with guest’s approval, the client will be entitled to a refund of PHP 500
• Airport Pick-Up: A representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name. The driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available
• An additional surcharge of PHP 600/vehicle (up to 4 persons) and PHP 1000/vehicle (up to 10 persons) will be charged payable directly to the driver. Make sure you indicate the correct flight number. Missed pick-up services due to incorrect flight numbers will not be refundable. If your flight number has changed, please inform the operator as soon as possible so the driver can track your flight status. Maximum of 1-pc luggage per guest. If clients bring more than the maximum allowable luggage allowance, the client may be served with a bigger vehicle and will be subject to a surcharge. Otherwise, the operator shall not be held liable for any discomfort the clients might experience due to excess in luggage.
• Bus Terminal Pick-Up: A representative will be waiting at the terminal holding a sign with your name. Pick-up and drop-off services are available for bus terminals in Legazpi. The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the time of arrival. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available

• By air: Daily flights from Manila to Legazpi and Cebu to Legazpi - 1 hour
