If for any reason that the available vehicle for Group of 5 - 7 Persons is SUV and with guest’s approval, the client will be entitled to a refund of PHP 500
• Airport Pick-Up: A representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name. The driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available

If clients bring more than the maximum allowable luggage allowance, the client may be served with a bigger vehicle and will be subject to a surcharge. • Bus Terminal Pick-Up: A representative will be waiting at the terminal holding a sign with your name. Pick-up and drop-off services are available for bus terminals in Legazpi. The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the time of arrival. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available
