Upon arrival, our greeter will meet you at the exit with a sign displaying "Guest Name" and provide a private car transfer to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you will have free time for leisure activities. Our tour guide will contact you before 9:00 PM on the day of arrival to inform you of the next day's meeting time and location.

The Seventy-Two Floor Wonder Building is actually a stilted building used by the ethnic minorities of western Hunan for deliberation and defense.

As the scenic area is often crowded, please ensure you meet at the locations designated by your tour guide and avoid getting separated from the group. • During peak season, Tianmen Mountain experiences high traffic volume, and queues may form during ticket inspection and transfer. Please be patient; your tour guide will arrange park entry as soon as possible.
• Due to the strict real-name ticketing system at Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, visitors must bring their original ID card. Students over 18 years old must bring their student ID. If you are unable to collect your ticket and enter the park due to incomplete documentation, you will need to repurchase the ticket at the listed price.
• When the glass walkway is closed due to various reasons, the scenic area will not provide any compensation. Forcible passage is prohibited. The glass walkway is located on a cliff with dangerous terrain. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, intoxication, or other physical conditions that are not suitable for sightseeing should not attempt to traverse it.
