Your guide will inform you of the meeting time and location around 8:00 PM the day before the tour. Please be sure to arrive on time, as we will depart promptly to avoid delaying other guests. We will not wait for late arrivals. Guests who do not arrive on time due to their own reasons will be responsible for the full cost of the tour.

50% of the tour fee will be charged for cancellations made 4-7 days (inclusive) before departure.
Cancellation within 3 days (inclusive) of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
For orders with travel dates during major holidays (National Day, New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival), cancellations will incur a 100% forfeiture of the tour fee.
