• This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
• Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip

Other Reminders

• Excessive amounts of luggage may incur a surcharge fee. Inappropriate luggage presented on the day of departure, such as surfboards, bikes, and an excessive amount of luggage, may result in refusal to board unless previously arranged
• The weather in Victoria is unpredictable and can fluctuate regularly. Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the time of year you are traveling and have packed adequate clothing. In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead, unless contacted by the provider
• Guests booking a basic dorm bed are paired with other solo travelers in a room, where possible of the same gender but not guaranteed
• A doctor’s certificate is required for participants over 75 years old, submitted at least 30 days prior to travel
• Please re-confirm your tour details within 7 days prior to departure on 03 9393 1333
• Itineraries may need to vary, potentially at short notice, to adapt to seasonal changes, and occasionally sites in the parks close or do not allow swimming
• Please always refer to the pick-up time that is shown in the confirmation details of your voucher once it has been booked successfully

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• The legal drinking age in Australia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age

What to bring

• Change of clothes / Sunscreen / Sunglasses / Caps or hats / Swimwear / Toiletries / Raincoat or poncho / Cash / Water bottle / Flashlight or headlamp
• Limited storage space is available on our vehicle. Each traveler may bring 1 x 23 kg travel bag, given they are traveling in a one-way direction, and 1 x 5 kg day bag. Please advise if you are traveling with additional or oversized luggage
