• If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend you take travel sickness tablets 1 hour(s) before the activity time

• Seasickness medicine is available onsite upon request

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• A copy of ID card or passport is required for administrative purposes before sailing

• A full refund will be provided if the boat is unable to sail due to bad weather

• Guests must follow all instructions given by the Captain and crew, including safety procedures and the use of life jackets when required

• The carriage of weapons, illegal drugs, dangerous goods, or other prohibited items is strictly forbidden

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the vessel, room/cabin, equipment, or facilities caused by their negligence or misconduct

• The boat operational shall not be responsible for the loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, except where caused by the Operator’s proven negligence

• Each room/cabin can accommodate a maximum of two (2) guests only

• Double-use rate refers to the rate for two (2) guests sharing one room/cabin

• Single-use rate refers to the rate for one (1) guest occupying one room/cabin

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
