• Bad Weather Arrangements
• If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is still in effect within two hours before the activity's departure, the activity may be canceled according to government instructions; other situations such as Typhoon Signal No. 1, Red and Amber Rainstorm Warnings, or Thunderstorm Warnings will not lead to cancellation, following government guidance. If the activity is canceled due to severe weather, the fee will be fully refunded.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or a Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted two hours before departure, the vessel will depart as scheduled.
• If during the rental period, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted during the journey, the government and the boat owner may return early in accordance with maritime regulations and for safety reasons. No compensation will be given for the remaining activity time.
• Financial Responsibility
• Passengers are solely responsible for the safety and security of any belongings they carry. Sea Butler will not be responsible for any damage or loss occurring during activities, but can assist in arranging police reporting.
• Insurance includes
• The yachts provided by Marine Butler are covered by third-party liability insurance purchased in accordance with Hong Kong law, and the coverage is limited to what is covered by the third-party liability insurance. If clients are interested in purchasing additional travel insurance to enhance the protection of their sea journey, Marine Butler can assist with the arrangements.
• Safety facilities
• According to maritime law, the yacht provided by the marine steward is equipped with life jackets, lifebuoys, and fire extinguisher facilities.
