• After placing your order, our staff will contact you and ask you to provide a photo of the first page of the traveler's passport/home visit permit/ID card. The tour guide or staff will contact you one day in advance, around 21:30-22:30, to inform you of the specific meeting time and location for the next day. Please keep your phone accessible.
• In the event of force majeure or policy adjustments that prevent visits to certain attractions, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace the affected attraction without liability for any resulting losses or damages. Complimentary attractions included in the itinerary are non-refundable if they cannot be visited.
• No refunds will be issued by our company for tours interrupted or itineraries changed due to the guest's personal reasons. Any additional expenses incurred will be the guest's responsibility.

Pick-up time is between 07:00-8:30, subject to the tour guide's phone notification before departure in the morning. If you are staying at a hotel within the Second Ring Road, you can wait in your hotel for the shuttle to pick you up (the vehicle may take up to approximately 1.5 hours while waiting and picking up other guests). If you prefer not to wait, you can go to a designated location. Guests outside the Second Ring Road can go to a landmark location within the Second Ring Road to wait for the bus. [Seats are not assigned on this route; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accommodate special requests for front seating. Thank you for your understanding.
